If the Workflow is not Executing check these 5 things

If the workflow process is not executing, check the following.



1. Make sure your User is linked to your Worker Record.





2. Check to see that the Workflow infrastructure configuration has been setup and make a special note about the Batch group.








3. Check the batch job








4. If the workflows are taking too long to process, change the Recurrence on the Batch Jobs.




5. Create a new Workflow Batch Jobs


If it’s still not working in the Batches screen, set the status to Withhold, then, Delete the Workflow Batch jobs. To recreate the Workflow infrastructure configuration has been setup and make a special note about the Batch group fields will be empty. Populate the Batch group fields and click OK. This will re-create the workflow Batch jobs.
