In 2023 I was the Solution Architect and Project Manager for the project that won the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award! When considering that statically 50% of ERP implementations are deemed unsuccessful, winning a Microsoft award for a complex, international EPR project is a success to celebrate! However, this win is one of many successful projects that I have led over the past 15 years. With over a hundred implementations across 14 countries, I’ve learned that the key to success is building long term relationships and being the client’s first choice advisor by continuously adding value, mitigating risk, and keeping the big picture in mind.
